Climbing Wall Staff
Kendall Cliffs is always looking for qualified candidates to work in our gym. You must be able to teach lessons to new climbers. Lessons will include tying in and belaying safely. Candidates should have climbing experience and have an upbeat, positive attitude. Groups are a large part of our business so you should love of meeting new people and working with kids! CPR and First Aid certification is required for climbing staff positions.
Route Setter
Kendall Cliffs has a pending opening for a part time, experienced route setter. You should be able to set and climb 5.12 or higher and V5 or higher bouldering problems. The desired candidate will have two or more years of setting experience, preferably within a professional gym environment. CWA or equivalent certification preferred. This is a part time day position but may also include climbing staff and teaching positions for the right candidate. CPR and First Aid certification is required for climbing staff positions.
