Everyone who climbs at Kendall Cliffs must have a
waiver form on file.
If you are a under the age of 18, the form must
be signed by a parent, legal guardian, or group official responsible
for the minor.
We encourage you to download, complete, but DO NOT SIGN the
waiver forms prior to your arrival. This will speed up processing time
when you check in.
SIGNATURE NOTE: The forms must be signed in the presence of
a Kendall Cliffs employee. If you sign the waiver form in advance, you
must have the form notarized!
